Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
- You can cancel your appointment anytime before your consult time.
- The refund will be processed as soon as you cancel your appointment. It usually takes 5-7 business days to appear in account.
- You will receive a smaller amount than the fee that you paid, because Razorpay charges a small transaction fee to process refunds . You will receive an email with all the details.
- To re-schedule, please cancel your earlier booked appointment first and then book a new one.
- You will receive an email informing you about the cancellation status of your appointment.
